Exploring with Norlandia

At no less than 94 locations, Norlandia (Norlandia Childcare)offers childcare to 7,000 children in the Netherlands. With its Norwegian roots, Norlandia's high quality and essence flows into its core values: eat well, exercise, go green and be curious together. Children are encouraged to explore on their own, with plenty of room for adventure.

Norlandia challenged effectgroep* to go beyond a standard annual staff day. “Bring our new core values to life in a way that touches and connects our employees. We want more than a staff day; we want an experience. A celebration of Norlandia's essence and our hard-working employees. Bring them together to meet and share stories. '

Don't just talk

Experience Norlandia

The 'Norlandia Binnenstebuiten Festival' at the beautiful Fort near Vechten was born. With the goal: Experience Norlandia! Don't just talk about the new core values: let them be experienced. The festival was an opportunity to look inside from an outside perspective, bringing the core values to life in a fun and interactive way. Playful as you would expect from a childcare organization! At a location that is perfect for discovery, all Norlandia locations were connected.

Experience core values

In the “Proeftuin” food court, they discovered Norlandia's taste together. Silent disco, kickboxing workshops, barefoot dancing and requesting favorite hits from the DJ brought the agility to life. The Go Green zone invited walks, outdoor cinema and creative jewelry made from natural materials. The Quest activities, dedicated to water and tastewaters, reflected on the core value of “curious together”.

Outcome

Vivid memories

With more than 700 photos from the special photo booth, the festival captured the “We are Norlandia” feeling.

The BinnensteBuiten Festival was a day where we looked outside the usual box. A playful representation of what Norlandia within wants to achieve. It strengthened the relationship between employees at all locations and left a lasting impression.

Totally successful. Mission Accomplished.
