No separate activation, but an event that was part of a larger vision. A powerful experience that touches and makes employees proud. An evening where appreciation is key and everyone feels part of something bigger.

The festival kicked off with a powerful moment. From the opening notes of Coldplay's”A Sky Full of Stars” you knew this was not going to be an ordinary evening. We created a collective countdown where 1,500 employees created an impressive starry sky with their phone lights. A powerful moment that showed: you are important.

Everything at the Winter Wonder Festival breathed the brand essence “We see you.” Our designers made sure that the branding and signing were right down to the last detail. From mirrored walls where employees could write down their personal message to eye-catching signs with quotes that brought the 'I see you' concept to life.

The management gave a special meaning to the theme by introducing the wish box. A chance to make written dreams actually come true. A tangible sequel that makes appreciation literally visible.

The reactions? Overwhelmingly positive! Employees truly felt seen and appreciated, rating the atmosphere of the event an impressive 8.57. The management was also enthusiastic about the impact and connection that the festival brought. Most importantly? The brand promise “We see you” was felt by everyone in the room.
