Can we say that?
Yes!
Call yourself the best agency in the Netherlands. Actually, that doesn't suit us very much. We prefer to put our customers in the spotlight and work behind the scenes on their success. But still... we'll shout it. Because secretly, we are very proud of that appreciation and recognition. And somewhere we understand it too :-). But what about again? We are happy to explain it to you.
The investigation
MT1000 is the largest study into the quality and customer focus of business service providers in the Netherlands. More than 5,000 decision makers gave their service providers an NPS score on customer focus, product leadership and execution excellence. And indeed, that study shows that for the fourth time in a row, we can call ourselves 'the best' in two (!) categories: Communication advice one Event marketing. They had never experienced that before with the MT/Sprout editors...
So what?
At effect group*, we really aim for results for our clients. It's our 'grit': with passion and hard work, we ensure that clients get what they need. Just take that extra step. Having the guts to do things that don't feel so comfortable yet. Listen carefully. Take time for strategy and creation. And translate that into solutions that really work. We can't do anything else. We don't want anything else. So we are so very happy that our clients really appreciate all this.
Our mentality
Grit is the ability to achieve (long-term) goals with perseverance and passion. And that's what I experience with our effect makers every day. The will to do a good job. The motivation to be meaningful. And the ambition to achieve valuable results. Projects always have obstacles and surprises. Circumstances change quickly and often. And there is nothing more changeable than a client :-). But above all, the communication landscape is changing rapidly. Just like the daily challenges of our clients. That is why perseverance and passion are key to living up to our promise, one way or the other: delivering work with real results.
So what is our “winning mentality”? Then the answer is grit. A word you don't hear very often. But in our opinion, those four letters hit the nail on the head.
Lastly
Of course, it is wonderful to say that you are the best communication agency and best event agency in NL. But we just make mistakes, we learn every day, and we sometimes get on the wrong side. It is precisely at those moments that we experience the power of our effect makers. Damn, they say. And sometimes an even uglier word. Just a bummer. And then got to work really hard. So that it is solved and the final result is even better. This winning mentality makes effect group* the most beautiful agency to work for (even if we say so ourselves: -).
