Launch event

4NG is a full-service digital agency group with 11 labels and has been part of Conclusion for 3 years. The next step in further strengthening the Conclusion ecosystem is the name change from 4NG to Conclusion Experience. Winning outside means starting inside, so 4NG came to us to make the name change an impactful moment for the directors and employees of the affiliated agencies.

The question

Enter as 4NG and leave proudly as Conclusion Experience. While maintaining the identity of the 11 companies. With minimal No-Show. In one evening. With a preparation time of four weeks?

The approach

A Personal Touch

How do you get employees to show up en masse to your event? We developed an effective internal communications plan featuring teaser videos, interactive experiences, and personal challenges. Directors and office managers reached out to invitees one-on-one—via WhatsApp, email, and in person, with a simple message: Join the experience!

The result? A huge buzz throughout the organization, and within just a few days, almost everyone had registered.

The launch party

With an incredible sense of energy and team spirit, colleagues from various offices arrived at City Sense Utrecht. The entrance and venue were fully styled in 4NG branding, and a 25-meter-wide screen welcomed guests with the logos of all partner labels and the names of every attendee. The 11 brands were visible everywhere—from LED screens at the bar to the custom gadgets teams brought with them. Everyone felt it: this is going to be a night to remember.

After the walking dinner (credits to Food Favors!), the show began with a powerful video telling the story of how the group came to be. This was followed by a presentation from the leadership team, live music on stage, and finally, the announcement of the next step: a new name. Over 300 attendees counted down together to the big reveal… Conclusion Experience. Amid cheers and champagne, teams and directors toasted to the future.

The second part of the evening was all about celebrating the new name, with interactive experiences spread throughout the venue and musical performances from the stage. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, we transformed the entire venue, visually and atmospherically, into the world of the new brand: Conclusion Experience.

Results

Maximum impact

It became the event you didn’t want to miss, proven by an exceptional turnout of 94%. Attendees even called the launch party “the best event in 20 years.”

The first introduction to the new name, Conclusion Experience, was a powerful moment for employees. From the lead-up activities to the reveal and the celebration, everything reinforced that the unique cultures of each label would remain strong under the new name.

For us, it was yet another proof point: a thoughtfully designed event journey drives maximum attendance and minimal no-shows.

Challenge completed.
