Culture & Behavior Campaign

Baker Tilly is one of the top ten accountancy and tax advice firms in the Netherlands that helps its clients succeed now and in the future. Baker Tilly is working intensively on the internal organization and is launching an important program on Culture & Behavior aimed at all partners and employees of the 13 branches.

Goals

Content and commitment

The importance of the internal program is great and the ambitions for the kick-off are high. The meeting is an important driver of the internal Culture & Behavior program. The pre-set goals were:

  • Informing: getting everyone at the same level of information about the Culture & Behavior program.
  • Discover: Introduce employees to the desired behavior in an interactive and honest way.
  • Explore: let employees experience and experience the desired behavior in a natural and inspiring way.
  • Commitment: being motivated and inspired to make the program a success together in the coming months.
From event to activation

Building Our Behaviour Together

From the very start of concept development, one thing was clear: this wouldn’t be a one-off moment, but a full campaign complete with a calendar packed with activities for both large and small groups, with the kick-off as a key activation point.

After all, changing behavior is a continuous effort—something you work on every day, both individually and together.

Together, we build new behaviors… across and beyond the (international) organization of Baker Tilly. That’s where our creative team found the heart of the campaign’s proposition: Building our Behaviour Together.

Bringing it to life

Inspire and connect

We bring the campaign to life through the kick-off. An afternoon and evening filled with personal stories, monologues, interviews, and activities for over 700 attendees. With powerful content, we strike a chord and by the end of the day, a collective ambition emerges: to build the behavior of the future, together.

We put that ambition into action on the spot with one of the largest Chain Reactions ever built in the Netherlands. A true goosebumps moment.

Result

A calendar full of activities

The kick-off marks the start of an internal campaign. In the months that follow, a series of meaningful sessions both large and small, online and in person are scheduled for partners and employees.

This year-round calendar of events and activations truly supports Baker Tilly’s internal communication goals.
