Campaign during a 5-day trade show
De Nationale Onderwijs Tentoonstelling (NOT) is the largest event for teaching in the Netherlands. More than 40,000 visitors (education professionals) come to the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht for information and inspiration.

A top-of-the-class idea!
HP saw the exhibition as a five-day sales campaign with a clear goal: bring the printing solution Instant Ink (never out of ink!) under the visitors' attention. Concretely: create a live sales funnel with at least 1,500 stand visitors and 500 high-quality leads. Our creative team delved into the world of HP, printers, education, and ink cartridges. And that's how a, if we say so ourselves, a great idea was born!
Colorful class party
Using Instant Ink is truly a celebration. Never run out of ink again, for one low monthly fee. And at the trade show, you even had the chance to win a fully organized class party. Instant Ink: a treat for you and your class!
We turned the booth into a party, too a vibrant classroom celebration with treats, fun activities, and Instant Ink promotions.



Visitors in line!
The classroom celebration was buzzing with energy for five full days. Thousands of visitors enjoyed the treats and activities, and signed up to learn more about Instant Ink. The KPIs for leads were easily surpassed, making the trade show a true success—for HP as well!

To the moon and back
While HP was working overtime after the trade show to process all the information requests and new subscriptions, we got to work organizing de Klassenfeest (The Class Party) for the lucky winner. And what a party it was, a true ‘to the moon and back’ experience, topped off by a show-stopping performance from none other than singer Maan!

The best parties are often too short. We would have liked to be at this fair with the HP Klassenfeest (Class Party) for another week. Because it was so much fun, very busy and a great success. Luckily, we still have the photos!
