We do this for the business community and (semi-) government. Our conference office has its office in Utrecht. Conference organization
Our conference office supports you in all aspects of a conference. You decide what to hire us for. For example, logistical and technical production, communication with workshop leaders and speakers, content creation, managing suppliers and taking care of the registration process. You will have one fixed point of contact within our conference office, we always ensure continuity with a project team with multiple colleagues. We make clear plans, report weekly on progress, provide financial (purchasing) management and are an extension of your organization. In advance, we make good agreements about the scope of the assignment and tasks and responsibilities that lie with our conference office.

From the construction to the final dismantling, you can call on us. We take care of you by managing all parties on the day itself and following the scenario from minute to minute. If you want to play a managing or executive role on the day itself, we will of course take this into account.
