A new experience

Organize an Aeres Day for employees that focuses on sparking collaboration, bringing De Groene Veranderaar (The Green Changemaker) to life, making meaningful connections, and having fun while doing it. The goal is to inform, inspire, and let employees experience the (new) message firsthand. And of course, it all takes place in a lush, green setting.

Aeres invites its employees to walk alongside them in embracing De Groene Veranderaar (the Green Changemaker). During the event, we bring this vision to life, Samen op stap! (together on the journey). On the beautiful grounds of the Floriade, employees get to experience what it truly means to be a Green Changemaker, in an accessible and engaging way.

50 shades of green

Against the colorful backdrop that is the Floriade, the Green Parade, the interactive Green Talk, a tour of Aeres University of Applied Sciences, an impressive PAREL Expo and the scavenger hunt through the highlights of the Floriade laid the basis for this day. Games, fun, an app developed by Aeres Tech Productions, fun drinks and the jointly created photo mosaic completed the day's color palette.

Proud!

A day with a wow factor, interconnection and proud employees. But above all, the day on which The Green Changemaker settled into everyone's consciousness. And that was exactly the purpose of the event!
